Effects of withdrawal

Voluntary return guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer you the following voluntary return guarantee:

Products that you purchase from us, you can return within 30 days from receipt of the goods to us, provided that the product is complete and is in the same condition as when received and when any of the following reasons for exclusion apply.
